In honor of Hon. Jeffrey Sauter - former Eaton County Prosecuting Attorney, Eaton County Circuit Court Judge, and MATCP Board member

The Hon. Jeff Sauter Award will be presented during a banquet at the Prosecuting Attorneys Association of Michigan's mid-winter conference, February 12 - 14, 2025. The winner will also receive one night's lodging at the conference. 

​

Criteria for Award

Prosecutors / Assistant Prosecutors who have made outstanding contributions to treatment courts and their clients. In general, the award is for contributions to treatment court and support of participants.

• Year long demonstration of "daily, extraordinary work."

• This criterion would demonstrate the prosecutor having gone "above and beyond" the normal bounds of duty.

• This individual will have contributed to the impact on participants and/or the treatment court team.
